📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain credit customers.
• Identify and pursue new credit opportunities through market research and analysis.

• Manage and analyze credit marketing data to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a similar role.
• Proficient in using marketing software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly credit offerings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and clean driving record.
