As a Loans Processor, you will handle a variety of tasks each day, including reviewing loan applications, verifying customer information, and processing transactions. You will use our in-house loan management system, which is designed to streamline our operations and ensure accuracy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and process loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Verify customer information and conduct credit checks to assess loan eligibility.
• Use our in-house loan management system to input and track loan applications.
• Assist in the preparation of loan approvals and disbursements.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all bank regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the loan team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in using loan management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in Financial Services (e.g., Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Analyst) is a plus.
