📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
Assist with IT projects and upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide the best possible support.
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
