📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead the finance and accounting teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives.
• Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring the financial health of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in managing financial operations.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
