📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Execute trades on the floor or via electronic trading platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal, Tradeweb, and Refinitiv.
• Monitor market movements and provide expert analysis to support trading decisions.
• Manage client portfolios and ensure they meet investment objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and regulatory changes.
• Participate in trading competitions and other team-building activities.
• Provide support to the trading desk during market hours.
• Contribute to the development of trading strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equity trading or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
• Proficiency in using trading platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal, Tradeweb, and Refinitiv.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
