As a BPOM & Kemenkes Regulatory Officer at Herca Cipta Dermal Perdana, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all regulatory affairs related to our products. This includes ensuring compliance with BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan) and Kemenkes (Kementerian Kesehatan) regulations, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. You will work closely with our legal and compliance teams to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that our products are safe for use.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all regulatory affairs related to dermatological and cosmetic products.
• Ensure compliance with BPOM and Kemenkes regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and their impact on our products.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory applications and filings.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide regulatory training and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.
• Strong knowledge of BPOM and Kemenkes regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using regulatory management software such as Regulatory Affairs Management System (RAMS).
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
