📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical support to customers through documentation and training materials,Work with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and case studies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and communication skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with software documentation or user manuals,Knowledge of Markdown or other lightweight markup languages,Fluency in English
