📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Work efficiently and effectively under pressure
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of food usage and waste
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new recipes and menus

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Proven ability to work well in a team
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Familiarity with local and international cuisine
  • Ability to use a variety of cooking equipment and techniques
