📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our guests.,Ensure the quality and consistency of our dishes by following recipes and standard operating procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.,Work efficiently and effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our dishes.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in all pre-shift meetings and ensure that the kitchen is ready for service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handler's certificate.
