📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Prepare and submit progress reports, budgets, and other documentation as required.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
