📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients,Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance and achieve targets,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and support sales efforts,Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required
