Sehati Anggi Restaurant is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior General Manager to lead our team and ensure the continued success of our establishment. As a Senior General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established restaurant in Nusa Dua, Bali, and make a significant impact on the business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring the restaurant meets its revenue and profitability targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Represent the restaurant at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.,Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement, both for the restaurant and the individual team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,A passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
