📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and increase e-commerce sales.,Manage and motivate the retail and e-commerce teams, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive product offerings and marketing strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between retail and e-commerce operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stock management systems to optimize productivity and minimize waste.,Leverage data analytics to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management and e-commerce.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software for sales and inventory management.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends is a plus.
