As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
