📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product/service improvement.,Develop and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
