📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain packing machines and sorting systems to ensure accurate and efficient packing and sorting of products.
• Inspect and sort products to ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
• Accurately pack products according to customer orders and shipping requirements.
• Monitor packing and sorting processes to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing and sorting processes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in packing, sorting, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and sorting tasks.
• Familiarity with packing machines and sorting systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
