📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain lathe machines to produce high-precision parts
- Ensure that all production processes adhere to strict quality and safety standards
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to prevent machine breakdowns
- Work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator
- Familiarity with lathe machine operation and maintenance
- Understanding of quality control and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in Lathe Machine Operation (preferred)
