📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management of warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your management and leadership skills.
• Work closely with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Support the development of operational procedures and standards to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
