🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role, with a focus on equipment maintenance and repair.,Strong technical knowledge and skills in relevant technical areas, such as mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems.,Proven ability to lead and mentor junior technicians, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain company vehicles.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
