FORZA Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Tanjung Balai, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the shop, including stock management, sales, and customer service.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor shop performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in retail.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving shop performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
