In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Train and mentor junior shop assistants to maintain high standards of service.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and promotions.,Coordinate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a leadership position.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
