📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits.,Manage relationships with external auditors and accountants.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
