📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
