We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Human Resource professional to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in team-building activities and company events.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
