📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage and maintain relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Train and mentor junior accountants to ensure high standards of financial management.,Participate in business planning and forecasting activities to support the company's strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
