Mart Central Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. This is a hybrid role that offers the best of both worlds, allowing you to work from the office and remotely.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our stores in the region, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned stores, ensuring they meet company standards and goals.
  • Manage and develop a team of store managers and staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in company initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
