📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.,Work closely with the clinic's management team to develop and implement financial strategies.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage the clinic's accounting and bookkeeping functions.,Oversee the management of the clinic's payroll and benefits.,Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
