📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.,Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine the most cost-effective solutions.,Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure estimates align with project goals and constraints.,Review and approve change orders to maintain project budgets and timelines.,Maintain detailed records of project costs and expenses for financial reporting.,Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and cost-saving strategies.,Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders on project costs and financial status.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.,Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in financial documentation.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
