📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize shipping processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Track and manage shipping schedules, including delivery dates and times.
• Resolve shipping-related issues and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing.
• Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Update and maintain shipping documentation and records.
• Participate in inventory management and demand forecasting to support efficient shipping operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce shipping administration or a related role.
• Proficient in using shipping management software such as ShipStation, Shippo, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian shipping regulations and logistics networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
