📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles in the fleet are maintained to the highest standards, with regular inspections and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide training and support to fleet drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable and competent in their roles.,Analyze and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that fleet requirements are met and that vehicles are available when needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a fleet of vehicles.,Strong understanding of fleet management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
