Warung Sari Store is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team. We are a well-established retail store located in the heart of Cirebon, offering a wide range of products to our customers. We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to manage our cash register and provide excellent service. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate cash register to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving any issues,Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including restocking products and keeping the area tidy,Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and other payment methods securely and efficiently,Uphold store policies and procedures, including adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a positive work environment,Assist with inventory management tasks, such as counting stock and reporting discrepancies,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for customers,Perform other related duties as assigned by the store manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using cash register software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus
