Overseeing the daily operations of the health center,Ensuring the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment,Managing the team of healthcare professionals,Coordinating with other healthcare facilities for referrals and consultations,Promoting health awareness and education in the community,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations,Handling patient inquiries and addressing their concerns,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and policies,Knowledge of basic medical procedures and protocols,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
