📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of field officers, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including loan disbursements, collections, and customer support.
• Conduct regular visits to field offices to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with Amartha's policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase loan portfolios.
• Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote Amartha's financial solutions and drive customer acquisition.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, including risk management and compliance.
• Provide training and mentorship to field officers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in microfinance, branch management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving performance in a microfinance environment.
• Strong understanding of microfinance products, including loans, savings, and insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices in microfinance.
• Familiarity with mobile banking and digital financial services is a plus.
