Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Edit and proofread documents to ensure quality and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to customers and end-users through documentation and training materials,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing and editing skills in English,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
