Tanggung Jawab:

  • Answer and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services.
  • Handle guest requests and special accommodations.
  • Ensure a clean and comfortable guest room upon arrival.
  • Promote our services and facilities to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Experience with hotel or resort management systems is a plus.
