📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Participate in product launches and promotions to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
