Assist in managing the sales floor and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers,Stock merchandise and maintain an organized and attractive storefront,Handle customer inquiries and provide product information,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Assist in promotional activities and special events,Maintain knowledge of product lines and inventory levels,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive team environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software,Strong customer service orientation and a passion for retail,Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs
