Conducting job analyses and creating job descriptions and specifications.Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and providing updates on candidate progress.Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and clients.Providing recruitment-related support to other departments as needed.Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Continuously seeking to improve recruitment processes and strategies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.🛠️ Keahlian
