Jaya Citra Store is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier & Bank to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cashier operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Oversee banking activities, including customer transactions and deposit processing.,Train and supervise cashiers and bank tellers to ensure high service standards.,Monitor cash and banking transactions to prevent discrepancies and fraud.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to cash and banking services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.,Maintain accurate records of all cash and banking transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless cash and banking operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cashier and banking roles.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and cash handling procedures.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is beneficial.,Valid banking license and cash handling certification is a must.
