📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development objectives.,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and productive.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's overall strategy.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
