📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to organize and manage employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving disputes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
