📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture pieces.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate furniture features and benefits.
• Assist in the layout and arrangement of furniture in showrooms to create appealing displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up-to-date.
• Process sales transactions using our retail management system (RMS).
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and sales events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to enhance our retail offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and design principles.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with retail management systems (RMS) and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Customer service certification (e.g., NCCER Level 4) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
