📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Manage a team of managers and ensure that they are performing at their best.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance.
  • Ensure that all business objectives are met and that the company is operating efficiently.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the company and ensure that all financial targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team of managers.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
