📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and clinic performance.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient care.,Manage the clinic's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.,Promote the clinic's brand and reputation through effective marketing and community engagement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental clinic management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.,Proficient in using dental clinic management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards for dental clinics.,Experience in budget management and financial planning is a plus.
